Project SWE is an outlet for SWE members to build community while gaining leadership experience and professional skills. Members will attend seminars learning about the resources available at UT as well as meet weekly to collaborate on a project. The workshops presented will range from peer and academic advising to learning about things Austin has to offer, and will help to empower women in Cockrell to have the most academically, professionally, and socially enriching experience possible. Project SWE is an excellent way to build leadership, logistical, communication and collaborative skills while becoming closer with the SWE and Cockrell communities as a whole.
